tad yathāpi nāma śāriputrāham etarhi teṣāṃ buddhānāṃ bhagavatām evam acintyaguṇān parikīrtayāmi / evam eva śāriputra mamāpi te buddhā bhagavanta evam acintyaguṇān parikīrtayanti / suduṣkaraṃ bhagavatā śākyamuninā śākyādhirājena kṛtam / sahāyāṃ lokadhātāv anuttarāṃ samyaksaṃbodhim abhisaṃbudhya sarvalokavipratyayanīyo dharmo deśitaḥ kalpakaṣāye sattvakaṣāye dṛṣṭikaṣāya āyuṣkaṣāye kleśakaṣāye /
'A very difficult work has been done by Sākyamuni, the sovereign of the Sākyas. Having obtained the transcendent true knowledge in this world Sahā, he taught the Law which all the world is reluctant to accept, during this corruption of the present kalpa, during this corruption of mankind, during this corruption of belief, during this corruption of life, during this corruption of passions.
舎利弗。如我今者称讃諸仏不可思議功徳。彼諸仏等。亦称説我不可思議功徳。而作是言。釈迦牟尼仏能為甚難希有之事。能於娑婆国土五濁悪世。劫濁。見濁。煩悩濁。衆生濁。命濁中。得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。為諸衆生。説是一切世間難信之法。
又舎利子。如我今者称揚讃歎無量寿仏極楽世界不可思議仏土功徳。彼十方面諸仏世尊。亦称讃我不可思議無辺功徳。皆作是言。甚奇希有。釈迦寂静。釈迦法王如来応正等覚明行円満善逝世間解無上丈夫調御士天人師仏世尊。乃能於是堪忍世界。五濁悪時。所謂劫濁。諸有情濁。諸煩悩濁。見濁。命濁。於中証得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。為欲方便利益安楽諸有情故。説是世間極難信法。
tan mamāpi śāriputra paramaduṣkaraṃ yan mayā sahāyāṃ lokadhātāv anuttarāṃ samyaksaṃbodhim abhisaṃbudhya sarvalokavipratyayanīyo dharmo deśitaḥ sattvakaṣāye dṛṣṭikaṣāye kleśakaṣāya āyuṣkaṣāye kalpakaṣāye //
舎利弗当知。我於五濁悪世。行此難事。得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。為一切世間。説此難信之法。是為甚難。
是故舎利子。当知我今於此雑染堪忍世界五濁悪時。証得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。為欲方便利益安楽諸有情故。説是世間極難信法。甚為希有不可思議
又舎利子。於此雑染堪忍世界五濁悪時。若有浄信諸善男子或善女人。聞説如是一切世間極難信法。能生信解。受持演説。如教修行当知是人。甚為希有。無量仏所曽種善根。是人命終。定生西方極楽世界。受用種種功徳荘厳清浄仏土大乗法楽。日夜六時。親近供養無量寿仏。遊歴十方供養諸仏。於諸仏所聞法受記。福慧資糧疾得円満。速証無上正等菩提。
idam avocad bhagavān / āttamanā āyuṣmāñ śāriputras te ca bhikṣavas te ca bodhisattvāḥ sadevamānuṣāsuragandharvaś ca loko bhagavato bhāṣitam abhyanandan //
sukhāvatīvyūho nāma mahāyānasūtram //
〈極楽の荘厳〉と名づける大乗経典〔は終わる〕。

This completes the Noble Mahāyāna Sūtra “The Display of Sukhāvatī.”
仏説此経已。舎利弗及諸比丘。一切世間天人阿修羅等。聞仏所説歓喜信受。作礼而去
